A generation can fail because of source image problems, model provider timeouts, temporary queue issues, invalid settings, or storage problems while saving results.
Use this guide when
a job failed, appears stuck, used unexpected credits, or completed with missing or unusable results.
Before you start
Save the workflow link and note the approximate time of the failure. If the source image is blurry, cropped, or hard to separate from the background, use Improving generation quality before retrying.
Before retrying
Refresh the page and check whether the generation finished after a delay.
Try a simpler prompt if the request was unusually complex.
Try a clearer source image if the product was cropped, blurry, reflective, or hard to separate from the background.
Lower the output count when you only need to test the prompt direction.
When to contact support

Contact support if many attempts fail in a row, Credits appears wrong after a failed job, completed images cannot be exported, or the same error keeps returning. For credit questions, include the details from Credits and plans.
Credits for failed jobs
Some failed or errored generations return credits automatically. If a job failed, appears stuck, completed with missing outputs, or shows a credit balance that looks wrong, support can review the generation status and credit ledger.
Results that completed successfully but do not match the creative direction are handled differently. Use Improving generation quality to adjust the source image, prompt, tier, or product preservation instructions before generating again.
Repeated failures on the same account should include batch IDs, selected tier, prompt, source image context, approximate time, and visible error messages.
What details make support faster?
Include the account email, product or batch link, selected tier, prompt, approximate time, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
