Image Data and AI Processing

When you upload product images to Prizer AI, the following processing occurs:

  • Storage: Your original images and generated outputs are stored securely in cloud storage (Backblaze B2).
  • AI Processing: Images are processed through third-party AI services (Runware, fal.ai) to generate marketing visuals. These services receive image data only for processing and do not retain your images beyond the processing session.
  • Retention: Your images remain in your account until you delete them or close your account. Generated images are retained as part of your generation history.
  • No Training: We do not use your product images to train AI models. Your images are used solely to generate the requested outputs.
