Manage billing, invoices, and cancellation

Where to manage a plan, find invoices, cancel renewal, and understand what happens to credits.

Billing changes are managed from the Credits billing area and, when available, the Stripe billing portal.

Use this guide when

you need an invoice, are considering cancellation, or need support to inspect a billing state. For card updates, use Update your payment method.

Before you start

Use the account that owns the workspace subscription. Some billing actions are only visible to the workspace owner or a member with billing permission.

Open billing

Open Credits from the dashboard.

Review the current plan, interval, renewal state, credit balance, and available billing actions.

Use the billing management option when you need invoice history, plan changes, card updates, or cancellation controls.

If an invoice link is not visible, contact support with the account email, workspace name, billing month, and approximate charge amount.

Cancellation behavior

Cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the current billing period. It should not be described as complete until the billing state confirms it.

Canceling at period end does not immediately remove current subscription credits. Subscription credits still expire at the normal billing period end.

Monthly subscribers may see a pause save offer for low usage or temporary breaks. Yearly subscriptions are prepaid and stay active through the paid annual term, so they do not use self-serve pause.

Purchased credit packs are separate from monthly subscription credits. They expire 12 months after purchase. They remain visible during cancellation or monthly pause, but are locked when there is no active paid subscription.

Credit expiration basics

Trial credits expire after the trial window. Subscription credits expire at the end of the paid billing period that granted them. Purchased credit packs expire 12 months after purchase and require an active paid subscription to spend.

Payment refund rules are covered in the Terms of Service. Support can help investigate billing state, invoices, payment issues, and credit ledgers, but should not promise a cancellation, credit grant, or account change until that action has actually been performed.

Will I lose every unused credit immediately if I cancel?

No. Canceling at period end does not immediately remove current subscription credits, but subscription credits still expire at the normal billing period end. Purchased pack credits remain visible until their 12 month expiry, but they are locked if there is no active paid subscription.

Where do I find invoices?

Start from Credits and open the billing management option. If you cannot find the invoice, contact support with the account email, workspace name, month, and charge amount.
